Supraspinatus tendinitis. Neck tension.


Go lightly at first and slowly increase pressure while getting feedback. Be careful not to press your elbow too hard into the occiput.


Have client lying on side and stand facing client.

Pull client’s arm inferiorally at wrist while stroking up from acromion process to occiput, first using the heel of your hand then your proximal forearm.
