Neck - Laminar Groove

You can work into the laminar groove on your client's neck by reaching under their neck to the other side and pressing into the laminar groove with your fingers near the base of the neck. Have your client turn their toward the side your fingers are on as you drag your fingers superiorly in the groove up toward the occiput, pulling traction on the neck. 

I used plexiglass strapped to the table, and a mirror underneath at a 45 degree angle, so that you can see what my hands are doing under the neck.
