Place client's wrist across your thigh. Lunge forward to gently stretch client while working with the heel of your hand from the low back up through the axilla to the arm.

Q: What is your table height? A: I usually have the table height somewhere between my knuckles and my proximal interphalangeal joints when I am standing next to the table. I will have table set lower if I have a larger client.
