Have your client in a side lying position, with their bottom arm behind their back. With flat fingertips pull your client's ASIS posterior while pressing with the heel of your other hand anteriorly on the side of your client's spine, going from L5 to T1. Do this from a lunge position, shifting your weight to your forward leg as you go up the side of the spine.

Do not do this with clients with herniated or bulging discs, or spondylothesis.
