2 Stretches:

Pull on your client's ASIS while pressing the greater trochanter inferiorly. Do this as the client exhales and hold for around six seconds. 

Pull on your client's ASIS while pressing the greater trochanter anteriorly. Do this as the client exhales and hold for around six seconds.

Caution: Do not do these stretches with someone who has had hip replacement surgery.
