With your client’s feet together and knees apart, press on your client’s knees, stretching your client’s adductors only as far as is comfortable.
Have your client attempt to bring their knees together against your resistance - only as strong and as long as is comfortable.
As the adductors fatigue, release the stretch, allowing your client’s knees to come together.

This is an intense stretch and should be done with caution. Be sure to release the pressure on your client’s knees immediately when the adductors fatigue, so that you don’t strain the adductors.
