Stretch

Kneel on a carpeted floor or soft surface with one foot and one knee. Bring your weight forward toward your front foot so that your other knee is behind you. Stretch as far forward as you can comfortably.

 

Tense

Press your knee into the floor as strong as is comfortable and for as long as is comfortable.

 

Release

Back out of the stretch, bringing your weight back over your knee.

 

Restretch

Bring your weight forward toward your front foot so that your other knee is behind you. Stretch as far forward as you can comfortably.
