Flex your client’s hip, then straighten their knee as far as 
comfortable while stroking with your knuckles from the

showing them how to stretch the hamstring in different 
directions, then have your client do the movement as

better stretch as your client will be using their quadri- 
ceps to extend their knee, and the hamstrings will be 
weakened by reciprocal inhibition so that they can stretch
