Elevate shoulder, slide your outside hand under scapula, creating a bridge with your finger tips. Allow weight of shoulder to gently stretch and give pressure to scapula attachments. Place both hands under scapula with an 8 finger bridge, move fingers, gently stretching scapula attachments.
