Long Stroke

1 Rating

Both hands effleurage from achilles tendon toward ischium, firm pressure up leg and light pressure down. Leading hand leads with little finger side of hand. Go lighter over popliteal area and over varicose veins. Pressure is applied only when working in a proximal direction (toward the heart). Go lighter when coming back down the leg.

I will try this technique and see if it helps relieve my achy wrist. I really like your site. I am learning a lot that will help me become an effective therapist.
