Knee in fully flexed position, sit on foot and wrap hands just above the knee; slowly pull knee towards you, lifting pelvis slightly.

I use this technique with my clients who have Parkinson's Disease. I use it at the end of the session and it helps with nerve communication with their quads which then allows them to sit up and move their legs more easily.
