Acupressure For Snoring

4.6/5 - (15 votes)

This is an acupressure technique that stops snoring 100% of the time.

This was posted to the free section of the Massage Technique Library on April 1, 2010.

It is very rare that I find a treatment that is 100% effective, but this is a treatment that works every time it is tried.

Snoring can be a sign of obstructive sleep apnea, which can be a very serious health issue. Obstructive sleep apnea can cause many problems including enlargement of the heart, higher blood pressure, higher risks of heart attack and stroke, excess daytime drowsiness, chronic headaches, and obesity.

The treatment I show works with the symptom of snoring, but it doesn’t work with the underlying cause. If snoring is persistent it is important to get help from a medical professional.

Question: Will this point work as effectively in self-application? LOL

Hi Jim, I don’t know how Susan found this, but it is good to “see” you. I always think of Uncle Al and Uncle Hem as being the jokesters.

Q: Gee, I can’t tell if you’re serious or making a joke about getting elbowed by your partner for snoring. Is this a joke or are you really sharing a technique? A: Please note that this was posted on April 1, 2010.
