ResponsiveMultiLevelMenu (codrops) style requires jQuery library version 1.7 or higher, but you have opted to provide your own library. Please ensure you have the proper version of jQuery included. (note: this is not an error)
This works the upper trapezius, levator scapulae, supraspinatus, and rhomboid muscles.
It’s best to palpate with your fingers first to find the notch between the clavicle and the spine of the scapula.
Go slower over the “speed bumps” (levator scapulae insertion, and the point where the trapezius crosses the medial border of scapula).
Don’t use a stool with wheels.
Have client sitting on a stool or sideways on a chair. Flex your client’s head to the opposite side.
Use your elbow going slowly down client’s neck and out across supraspinatus. As you go into the notch between the spine of the scapula and the clavicle you may need to bring your elbow more to a point. Use a little less pressure as you do this as the point of your elbow will feel deeper.
Using your elbow go down the side of the neck right into the attachment of the levator scapulae and hold.
With client’s head flexed forward work down the back of your client’s neck and then down into their rhomboids with your elbow.
