ResponsiveMultiLevelMenu (codrops) style requires jQuery library version 1.7 or higher, but you have opted to provide your own library. Please ensure you have the proper version of jQuery included. (note: this is not an error)
The technique for working on the adductors begins at 1 minute 56 seconds into the video.
Tightness in the adductors.
Observe proper draping. Go slowly, especially with male clients.
Do not do this if there has been a recent groin pull (adductor strain).
Bring your client’s leg so that their foot is resting against the opposite knee. Allow your client’s knee to stretch as far as it will go laterally and posteriorally, then work on the adductors moving your proximal forearm proximally on the adductors going from the knee to a discrete distance from the pubis. Ask for feedback.
You also may do wringing or kneading to the adductors in this position.
Construction of this new version of the library is still in progress. The import of videos from the old version of the library is about 90% complete and should be completed in the next day or two. During this time the video library is open to public, no login or registration necessary. We appreciate your patience with this process.
With the rebuilding of over 800 interlinked pages with video content, there are bound to be some errors and glitches. Please let us know of any problems or concerns by using our contact form here. Your help is greatly appreciated.
