Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is often aggravated by tightness anywhere in the muscles along the path of the median nerve. This can include tension around the nerve roots of C5 to T1, scalene muscles, pectoralis minor, pronator teres, wrist and finger flexors, and the flexor retinaculum. I like to work the entire path of the nerve using the techniques below.
