Leg Length Balancing

There is a section on Balancing Leg Lengths under Deep Tissue Massage that includes techniques from my 1996 Deep Tissue Massage video.

This section, produced in 2026, has updated information. It begins with an assessment that shows how to differentiate between pelvic torsion and sacral upslip. That is followed by techniques to correct those conditions, and self-care exercises clients can do at home.
