ResponsiveMultiLevelMenu (codrops) style requires jQuery library version 1.7 or higher, but you have opted to provide your own library. Please ensure you have the proper version of jQuery included. (note: this is not an error)
This stretch should be done with caution with older clients and those with back pain or a deep lordotic curve.
Place a pillow under the abdomen if your client has a deep lordotic curve.
Lift your clients leg on the opposite side of the table from you by first lifting your client’s ankle with your outside hand and then placing your inside hand proximal to their knee, so that when your clients leg is extended it rests on your forearm.
With your inside hand extend your client’s leg at the hip and pull towards you while at the same time pressing with your outside hand on the side of the spine opposite you going from L5 to T1.
Construction of this new version of the library is still in progress. The import of videos from the old version of the library is about 90% complete and should be completed in the next day or two. During this time the video library is open to public, no login or registration necessary. We appreciate your patience with this process.
