Biceps Brachii – STR

5/5 – (1 vote)   With your client’s elbow flexed and forearm supinated, press into the distal end of the biceps with your knuckles. Stroke superiorly while extending the elbow and pronating the forearm. Variations on this work are shown in the video Upper Extremity Soft Tissue Release beginning at 2 minutes 5 seconds.
