I have had three whiplash accidents and have tried many different pillows for my neck pain over the years. The most comfortable pillow I have found is a buckwheat hull pillow. The pillow can be molded to any shape and will hold its shape. When lying on your back, you can bunch it up under your neck like a cervical pillow, then when you lie on your side, you can bunch it up higher to support your head.

This video shows a safe and easy version of the Epley Maneuver for self-treatment of Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV).
This is a silicone material that is sticky on both sides. It makes it easy for a therapist to traction tissues, such as with skin rolling.
