Reach in through their knee with your arm and rest your hand on the table lateral to their other leg. Hold their ASIS down with your other hand, then using your arm pull their knee away from their hip, pulling it medially and inferiorly, tractioning the hip joint.
Some clients will feel a stitching pain in the area of the inguinal ligament when stretched this way. This is an indication they need their psoas stretched. Psoas stretches can be found here.
