ResponsiveMultiLevelMenu (codrops) style requires jQuery library version 1.7 or higher, but you have opted to provide your own library. Please ensure you have the proper version of jQuery included. (note: this is not an error)
With your client lying on their side, have their top leg hanging off the edge of the table, and their top arm overhead, so that the whole side of their body is stretched. Work into the the lateral edge of quadratus lumborum with the heel of your hand.
Quadratus Lumborum Stretch:
This starts at 35 seconds into the video. With your client lying on their side, pull traction on their top leg while they try to hike up their hip toward their shoulder to the count of 10. Then have them push their hip down and you assist by pulling at the end.
